Good Samples Processing, Good Installation,Good Training will bring Good Quality. 


Installation and commissioning:

1. Installation foundation: foundation must be fully compacted, no hole, no empty soil etc.The ground floor thickness is more than 40mm, area size is extended by more than300mm from the outside of the machine. 


2. Machine installation place need to configure the following interface:

Power interface: standard voltage of machine  220V± 10%, three-phase five wires and 50hz. 

If the power of the equipment installation site must be for three phase four wire, the power line voltage is 380V (pay attention to the power supply stabilization voltage, be sure to guarantee power supply voltage fluctuation shall not be higher than±5%) , first need access to transformer, then access to the machine.

Compressed air interface: p=4~6kgf/cm2, Q=5m3/h, air supply outlet reserved ¢10 tracheal quick connector, connector to machine installation position, set aside ¢10 trachea 1 ~ 2 meters, so that the scene as a temporary adjustment. The main channel of compressed air must be equipped with a main pipe filter and dryer. The pressure must be guaranteed at 0.5 ~ 0.7 Mpa.


3. When the buyer go to the seller's factory for installation and commissioning training, then the buyer themselves can installation and commissioning after machine arrival.

The buyer can also pay to the seller when let the seller go to their factory for installation, debugging, operation training. The seller provides the installation and debugging instructions and the buyer provides the lifting tools etc.


Inspection and acceptance:

Before delivery, the buyer can go to the seller's factory for pre-acceptance, including machine configuration, machine operation test, sample processing, It will be deliver after satisfied acceptance. Upon arrival of the goods, the buyer shall inspect again by the above same standards


Training:

1. At the seller's factory, seller shall provide training service for the buyer free of charge. Other charges are for the buyer.

2. The buyer can also pay to the seller when let the seller fly to buyer's factory for operation training.
